Providence Partners Providence Partners Q&AQ. What does it mean to be a Providence Partner?
A. In this program of mutual support, members of the Divine Providence community and our Providence Partners promise to pray for each other, especially on Wednesday of each week.
This ministry of Providence emphasizes care for all people and stewardship of resources, in order to foster justice and improve life for the poor and needy. Q. How do Providence Partners connect with Sisters?
A. Providence Partners receive a quarterly newsletter, monthly forms for submitting prayer requests and invitations to special events. They are always in the Sisters’ prayers, in a special way on Wednesdays. Q. Is a financial commitment required?
A. No. This is a relationship based on spiritual, prayerful support. Each Providence Partner does whatever he or she can to support the Providence ministry, and many Providence Partners choose to make financial contributions, some monthly, others quarterly, annually or whenever possible.
