Enrollment in the Providence Memorial Book or the Providence Book of Life honors or remembers a loved one, associate, or friend. The Memorial Book and Book of Life are housed in the Mother of Divine Providence Chapel in Allison Park, Pennsylvania. Those persons enrolled in either of the Providence Books will be remembered in the prayers of our Sisters and in a special Liturgy that is celebrated on the second Sunday of each month. Enrollments in the Memorial Book are often made to remember a deceased loved one. Tributes are sent to those who are ill for healing or to acknowledge a birth, graduation, wedding, or anniversary. These are generally enrolled in the Providence Book of Life (No minimum gift amount required for either book.) You may contact the Pittsburgh development office for more details.

Enrollment in the Book of Friends is designed to remember friends and loved ones daily in the prayers of the Sisters. It is kept in the chapel of Lourdes Center, the home of our infirm and retired Sisters living in Kingston, Massachusetts. The names inscribed there remain permanently. Individuals enrolled in the Book of Friends are remembered in the prayers of our Sisters in a special Liturgy that is celebrated on the first Sunday of each month. Also, a copy of the names for the current month is displayed in the main Chapel of Lourdes Center where daily Mass is celebrated and Sisters gather to pray their daily Office. Memorial prayer cards promising prayers for loved ones are available through the Kingston development office.

God's Little Book of Prayer is kept in the chapel at St. Clare's Villa in Alton, Illinois, the residence for the retired Sisters from the St. Louis-region. This book holds the names of friends and loved ones who are remembered in prayer by the Sisters. The names inscribed there remain permanently. Enrollment in God's Little Book can be made by requests submitted directly to the Sisters (in writing or by phone), through the St. Louis development office, or online. If you choose to enroll online, please indicate in the Comments box (located at the bottom of the online donation form) that you wish to enroll in God's Little Book of Prayer and if a memorial card is desired. Memorial prayer cards promising prayers for loved ones are also available through the St. Louis development office by written or phone request.
