Providence Villa Programs and RetreatsProvidence Villa is a hosting facility offering the following opportunities: Personal Retreats We offer those who wish to make a personal retreat a comfortable cottage with a fully-equipped kitchen. A charming screened-in gazebo situated on a spacious lawn surrounded by lush woodland is an inspirational place for prayer and reflection, reading and enjoying the beauty of God’s creation. If so desired, a retreatant may inquire about the services of a retreat director at the time of registration.
Group RetreatsWe welcome groups that have planned and organized their own retreats. These groups will find our facility, with its modern amenities and beautiful, natural surroundings, the perfect retreat setting, providing a peaceful atmosphere conducive to quiet reflection and prayer. MeetingsProvidence Villa is available for meetings of nonprofit groups such as parish staffs, religious community leadership teams, pastoral councils, diocesan groups, school administrators, program planners, ministerial groups and those of a like nature. The large, bright sun porch or the cozy library, complete with wood burning fireplace, offer a pleasing environment and relaxed atmosphere for groups that find a value in off-site meetings. Other Programs We host small groups focusing on spiritual growth and human development from the level of the individual to the global community. The home-like feel of the facility and the natural beauty of the surroundings enhance other components of the program, making it more effective and memorable.
Spiritual DirectionA spiritual director is available at Providence Villa. The director serves as a companion who walks with you on your spiritual journey. "The Villa has always been a place of renewal and rest. We are pleased
